Tim Tracy








Tim Tracy is a musical historian, singer and entertainer. He has written, produced, directed,
or performed
in over 100 shows in communities throughout the Midwest over the past 30
years. These include professional and amateur experience in 20 musicals, 14 variety shows, 3
comedies, 2 dramas, singing with 4 bands and various solo concerts, events, fairs and other
appearances.

Show credits include: My Fair Lady, Oliver, The King and I, Tom Paine, The Sound of Music,
Charlie Brown, Oklahoma, South Pacific, Anything Goes, Fiddler on the Roof, Carnival, Man of
LaMancha, Here’s Love, Rosencrantz & Gildenstern, Star Spangled Girl, Plaza Suite, The 1940's
Radio Hour, Sounds of the Big Bands, The Merry Widow, and Joseph and the Amazing
Technicolor Dreamcoat.

He is a frequent guest at
major league ballparks singing the national anthem for thousands
of fans in Detroit, Denver, Milwaukee and Minneapolis. He has sung at the
Des Moines Civic
Center, Union Colony Civic Center
in Greeley, CO, the Glenn Miller Festival (Iowa), the
Donna Reed Festival, the Field of Dreams Old Timers Game, Oktoberfest in La Crosse, WI,
the
Iowa State Fair, Jackpot Junction Casino, and the Meredith Willson Society, and for
numerous community arts groups as a featured guest artist presentation.

Tim is currently performing his series of one-man shows,
“Concerts of the 20th
Century”
. These shows take audiences behind the scenes to discover interesting facts
about the singers and composers of some of America’s best-loved music. Concerts in the series
include:

“The Life and Times of Sinatra”,

“Great Voices of the 20th Century”,

“Broadway Music of the 20th  Century”,

and “20th Century Pop”.  

Tim has also recorded two albums  - "Love Lines" and "New Blue Eyes - A Salute to Sinatra".
